An inspirational visit to the Rwanda Institute for Conservation Agriculture agricultural education and model farm this morning as part of the #CHOGM22 itinerary. The slide from the excellent presentation by Ron Rosati and his team particularly amused me, and highlights the different approaches needed to ensure conservation and agriculture go hand in hand. I am very excited about the opportunities in agricultural investment here and working with Royal Jersey Agricultural & Horticultural Society and Jersey Overseas Aid to add private capital to their impressive work will be a force multiplier for good. Thanks to Jersey Finance for the opportunity to support Jerseys efforts here in Rwanda.
